Ever heard of it? I recently came across an article about it and found it interesting. It was in Martha Stewart’s food magazine. I made it last week for us and it tastes pretty good. I thought that that it would be more like a bean but visually it’s more like cous cous with a rice-like texture. It’s packed full of protein and excellent for vegetarians and carnivores alike.
