James is the General Manager at Sake Blue Restaurant in Fern Creek and he invited us to have dinner there for our anniversary. The dish below is their signature dish and aptly called Sake Blue. You can’t see it very well but the dish is flaming and my guess is that what you actually see burning is sake. When we arrived we were seated in a corner booth where we could almost see the entire restaurant. The food was amazing and we really enjoyed a grown-up night away from bug. This is a really late posting but better late than never.
